Comments: I have purchased two Favorite rods, one being a White Bird, and the line guides break after minimal use. I would not recommend this rod or any product by Favorite. I spoke with the Favorite about their warranty and they want you to pay shipping both ways. Spend your money on other brands.

Comments: 6' 6 medium heavy is a pool noodle. Throw a bobber on it , hook and bread and go catch some sunnies. This is moderate light with very slow tip. Would substitute as a good whip lol. I have caught bass with it . it's just not a bass rod. I mean u pop your light t rigs on slow retrieve and it looks like it's going to snap in half.
From:Unknown 10/26/20
Comments: The actions specs are way off bought a medium heavy and its barely a medium action Definitely disappointed in this rod , was setting the hook on a fish I felt like the tip was going to touch me it bent so much .
From: Unknown 7/30/20
Comments:I ordered the 7'4 MH Fast, it feels like a medium slow. I thought this rod would be great for Texas rigs and jigs but it can really only throw crankbaits or a light chatterbait. I can't feel the bottom with this rod and I don't really like it. If you were to buy this rod buy a power up. If you want a medium heavy get a heavy. If you want a medium get a medium heavy. Same with action.
From:Unknown: 7/8/20
Comments:For the price this is a great rod. Be warned, the strength ratings are about one size to high. I was very disappointed with this rod as first. For example a MH should be rated a M with this rod. Other than that, the rod loads up nicely and has a very soft tip. I had to change the purpose of the rod for which I bought it for, and now really like it. I will buy again.

Comments:I picked up the 7'4 Medium Heavy. I didn't have super high expectations for this rod because the reviews aren't necessarily awesome and I was basically too lazy to save up for a dobyns fury or something of that nature. Some people say it's too 'whippy' or 'not a medium heavy' but for $60, the rod easily compares to my St. Croix Mojo Bass which is almost 3x the price. I paired this with a Curado K High Gear from eBay and was $135. So for under $200, this is a super sick setup. I recommend this rod to anyone who wants to throw jigs that are under 1/2 oz, T-Rigs, Crankbaits, Chatterbaits, Spinnerbaits, and a lot of other techniques. I've caught bass over 4 pounds in the week that I've had and used it (basically every day). Try one out, and you will not be disappointed!

Comments:Really nice rod. Fought many big pike and musky on this rod and it's held up really good.
From:Unknown: 6/29/20
Comments:I don't usually review things unless they're either really good or really bad this is a review because this rod is really bad bought a 6 foot 6 medium heavy rod fishes more like a 6 foot 6 pool noodle absolutely no sensitivity in the rod had a 6 foot medium white bird spinning rod loved it until it broke figured the casting rod would be just as nice sadly it was not one positive is it is fairly light so when you finally get fed up with it you'll be able to get some good distance when you chuck it.

Comments: I purchased the 7'0 medium heavy about 3 days ago and I was so stoked, maybe more so than I should've been. I watched a couple YouTube videos watching flair promote them and Jon b and even apbassin and of course they loved it. It's their rod. I also saw a couple pros on the mlf tour rocking them so I thought why not $60 whatever I'll give it a shot. At first glance I was very impressed. The aesthetics of the rod were insane, it's a bomb looking rod. You definitely do not see many for this price range on the market. I don't know how they get away with the guides. The trigger grip looks good but it's just plastic whatever. The cork is nice but the blank is what caught my eye. From wrapping the guides to the detail on the rod. It looks awesome. Then it came to fishing. I had to put my whole body in this rod to set the hook good in a fish. It says medium heavy but real life it's a medium action. I upgraded to the heavy and tested it out today and it's a medium heavy. Same diameter as my other 4 medium heavy's. We will see how long it last because I'm on my third favorite rod in less than a week due to broken guide eyes and poor performance. I hope they get it settled

Comments:I just bought the 7' med heavy but the action is more like a medium. The rod is light weight and is comfortable but the action lies. Wish I could return.
From: Kyle: Marinette, WI 5/13/20
Comments: I bought the 7 ft md heavy for my wife last Christmas. We have now tested it a bunch and we both love it. I trade rods with her sometimes just to throw on the bird. It handles every bait in its weight range easily. It loads up and casts like a dream. There is a reason why pros buy it too! It's nice looking and a total keeper so this Christmas we put a curadodc on it and it just keeps getting better.

Comments:Ordered a 7'4' MH after I heard B-Lat talking them up. I figured for $60, why not. Was very limber compared to other manufacturer's MH offerings. Paired it with a Lews LFS and took it cranking for some late winter bass. Casts lightweight crankbaits like the Wiggle Wart or the Rkcrawler very well. Caught several spotted bass, including a 3.5 and a 4.0 and it had plenty of backbone. The medium action has plenty of play in it to keep fish pinned. I would not hesitate to purchase another one if I needed an extra cranking rod. If you like cork handles, this one feels great. It's also a very nice looking rod too. For $60, I can't think of anyone that comes close to this.

Comments:Just bought the 7'4' medium heavy. Wish I could send it back for false advertising it's no way close to medium heavy. I have mediums that are stronger. Very disappointed
From: Randy: North Edwards, CA 1/24/20
Comments:I had the 7'4 MH mf action. Was my first favorite rod and was a great rod. I threw everything on it until I got the 7'6 heavy whitebird. Both are great rods. I hear and see alot of people saying they're a whole power off. They're really not. That's just how the IM24 is. it's a little more flimsy than their other materials. But they all have a solid backbone. I did some lighter flipping with the MH but it was mainly a moving bait rod. And I horsed some pretty good sized fish out of some scenarios that I probably shouldn't have landed the fish with either rod. My only complaint with the rod is the guides. I had an issue with the guide inserts popping out. But super glue fixed it no issue.

Comments:I personally own the 7'4 medium heavy, a bit more of a moderate fast than a true fast action rod, but definitely works with light texas rigs and if need be topwater as well. Sensitive for a $60 rod, being that its late fall/early winter out here in AZ. The bites I've been getting have been soft taps. Has a somewhat hard time with wrenching in larger fish in the 4 lb+ range, but keeps hooks pinned if you know how to play the fish. Overall good rod with some cons, but can be easily counter acted!

Comments:after watching countless youtube videos of people using favorite rods, i decided to give one a shot, and im glad i did. I got the Whitebird in 7 ft meduim heavy and it performs awesomely. For myself it is the perfect texas rig rod, its nice and light weight so you can fish it all day and not have fatigue, its very sensitive so you can even feel the lightest bite, and its got some backbone to horse out fish from some heavy cover with no problems. I thinking about making my second favorite rod purchase
From:Everett: KS 7/13/19
Comments:Decent rod if you leave the rod sock on. Rod sock blew off and it rubbed on a 2x6 in the boat and now there's a huge divit in it. Had it for like 2 weeks. Fished awesome, but durability sucked. Emailed favorite, basically told me to get screwed. Took me a week, 2 voicemails, and 3 emails before someone finally got back to me. Called tackle warehouse and they're sending me a new one right away. 5 stars for tackle warehouse, 1 star for favorite. I'll be sticking with ducketts and lews from here on out
From:Zach:Iowa7/10/19
Comments:I got the 7'2' heavy and I was super skeptical, but I got it and it's fantastic. I even came back and got the 7'4' MH. THE 7'2' has Portuguese cork and is light but it is a true heavy. The people commenting that it's not haven't spent much time with T24 graphite. It's lighter in weight and a little flimsy but I threw a 2 oz Carolina rig all day confidently on this rod. The 7'4' MH has American cork (what's in the picture) and it also is more amazing that I ever thought. I'm not prostaff or sponsored in any way shape or form for this company. These rods are just bad to the bone, especially for the money.

Comments:I have the 7'4 MH rod and it is more like a medium action. But with that said, it is a AWESOME crankin rod!I use Ducketts and decided to try the white bird out and I am impressed with it. In my opinion, I think i lose less fish on crank baits with it. As far as a heavy cover rod or froggin rod, no I wouldn't recommend it. But I do recommend it for a good crankin rod

Comments:I have to say that I like this rod, but it also broke on me the very first day I used it. The other reviews that say this rod seems under powered are more or less right. The best way to say it is if you want a rod to throw mid size crankbaits, spinnerbaits, or swim a jig where you need to be carful landing the fish. Great Rod. However, don't think for a minute that you can flip, drag, or frog with this rod. The blank itself is just not right, for any kind of braided power fishing. My rod broke landing a four and a half pounder about one-third of the way down. While I would say that it was most likely my fault. I did not think one would have to baby a MH rod as much as this rod seems to need. Also just a head up the handle looks small in the picture, its smaller in reality. However, for palming the reel it works really well. Wish I could use the one year warranty but don't have a proof of purchase anymore from the retail store that I bought it from. Still it looked like a good rod, it just fished way softer than I thought it would.

Comments:I've had this rod since december and I now feel comfortable to give a decent review. Like others have said, the action is different than what you might be used to. I have the 7' MHF and planned on using it for smaller jigs/texas rigs. However, it feels more like a medium moderate fast. I started using it for 1.5 squarebills and lipless cranks and it works awesome. For the price the quality is impressive and hard to beat.

Comments:I'm blown away with the balance and feel of this rod.I sold my st. Croix bass x because it was tip heavy.I bought this rod for ponds and just bank fishing, but I'm starting to love it.I can't vouch for the durability yet, as most water is still frozen here, but so far so good.Better than st. Croix bass x and half the price.

Comments:Ordered a 7'2 Heavy and its more like a medium, its suuuper flimbsy. So if you are looking for a good heavy frog or flipping rod, this isnt it.
From: Blake:Attalla Al3/13/19
Comments:Tackle Warehouse is awesome!! Unfortunately this rod is not. I realize it's only a $70 casting rod but these rods are at least 1 full power off. Also the cork used on the rod in the picture online is not the same cork that actually comes on the rod, it's significantly cheaper. I ordered the 7'MH Fast action and it feels like a 7'M moderate action cranking rod. Wanted a smaller jig rod but I don't have any confidence this thing could pull a 3lb bass out of cover. Maybe the 7'2 Heavy but I'm just going to upgrade to a better rod. Aesthetically it looks awesome! If you decide to get one, definitely go one power higher than you intended.

Comments:Got the 7' MH for an all-purpose rod. Had it for a little over a year now and it's been great. It is very light and I was worried at first about how it would hold up to a big fish, but I have caught many 5+ pounders on this rod and it has held up great. Only things I would mention on the negative side is that the cork is darkened very quickly after purchasing it, and that since it is a white rod when it gets nicked up it is very noticeable. So if your about looks I would think about this. Overall a great rod and great company. The beginners guide to macros sohee lee. Also have a defender and it is great.
